Saturday & Sunday, November 11 & 12 - Anna Maria, Florida

On Saturday we were so excited to welcome our new crew member, Krystina!!!💗

While we were enjoying the sunset, on the other side of the marina we saw this:

While showing Krystina around the beach area, we passed these;
many people rent them and ride them on the streets!

Sunday morning and the crew is ready by 9:00 for the day's cruise to Anna Maria.
The ICW is our pathway to get there.
 As before, we see many crab pots,
 beautiful homes along mangroves,
 (and as we go along the homes become more massive!),
 homes nestled between the ICW and the Gulf of Mexico,
 dolphins 💗
(Krystina couldn't believe how many she got to see -
jumping, surfing in our wake; sooooo cool!)
 sunken boats 😧,
 and even a dock to enjoy a McDonald's!!!😄

We pass under many causeway bridges, however we were glad that the one near
Treasure Island was about to open, as the height was only 21 feet!

Not only did we view a lot of nice homes, but some of them had REALLY
nice boats in front of them!  This one happens to be a Marlow.
 And this one is a Lazara . . . Tereza is its name;
what a coincidence, Dave has been on this boat!!!😮
 Captain Krystina at the helm!!!💗
 Soon we come to Tampa Bay; the city is to our port, and . . .
St. Pete's Beach is to our starboard, but . . .
 right in front of us is the massive bay with this beautiful bridge!
 Of course the wind decides to pick up and rain moves in . . . uggh!
 Soon, as we cross the bay, the waves are three feet!!!
 After an hour crossing,
we arrived safely in Anna Maria!

After securing the boat, we explored this beautiful island.

We visited Sandy's Bar, where we enjoyed a cocktail,
 enjoyed viewing a wedding,
 and a beautiful sunset!💗
